Optimization-Based Computer-Aided Modeling and Design takes place in Aachen, Germany, August 29 – 31, 2012. The title of the Conference is ‘Advanced Analytics’. It will be organized by the Deutsche Post Chair of Optimization of Distribution Networks at the RWTH Aachen University.
Scope and Topics
The conference scope is ‘Integration of different approaches and techniques such as modeling, optimization, multi-criteria decision analysis, data and systems analysis and knowledge management for solving real world problems’. The application areas are Telecommunication, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Energy and Environment, Healthcare, Risk and Catastrophic Event Risk Management.
Invited Sessions and Contributed Papers
The Conference will be organized by sessions on an invited basis. At this time about 15 invited sessions organized by conference co-chairs, members of the programme committee and other scientists are under preparation. In addition, contributed papers dealing with Advanced Analytics in the application areas mentioned above are welcome.
